Failed my written driving test and went for a run with Caroline. Felt really awful at the beginning with an elevated heart rate (220bpm) at the beginning of the easy run like I had when I was overtraining. I was slow and working hard. I'm not gonna do a workout tomorrow and see how I feel come Friday before I think of doing anything beyond just easy - and also try to be mature and take a down week or two if things aren't working out the way I want them to.
Mind, the super fast finish was awesome.
