Progression "super fast finish." Said I wasn't gonna do it after a couple slow miles but then Aaron started picking it up (earlier than I would have!) and it was fun. Starting to get dark, need my winter clothes from the internet!
Form was tired, noticed a lot of heel striking, just not feeling super great. The fast finish was a great way to regain my stride/turnover.
