Went a couple loops with Gerard, felt fine. Only got antsy just before he left and (unfortunately?) more than made up for it with that 7:15 mile. Hit the treadmill for half a mile at the end just to check my form and while I'm accustomed to modesty and even self-deprecation, my form looks GREAT (at an easy pace). Core exercises are getting easier, or maybe that's because I haven't done them in four days.
