My 200s weren't crisp but then this was.... Felt like the 200s were a warmup for weights. I like that weight for the squats—they got hard but not too hard and my left ass in particular felt it for hours after. The step ups were almost too easy. Bench press is so light and easy for the first set, but then I still fail on the last set. Kettle bell swings... I think they were good. Not sure. Probably better to keep it lighter and crisper.
