3' active recovery (and cool-down)/

Felt hard. Really don't like the rattle and give of the treadmill it turns out. Also, my poor, poor shin splints. This is probably minor shin splints. Last thing was way more severe, whether it was shin splints or a minor stress fracture.

Still, happy I did it. Will probably do plyo/weights tomorrow and take it easy on the running. Maybe a long run next Wednesday and weights once a week? I dunno. Or sprints and no long runs ever?
