Weird and long. Had what felt like shin splints so I was just gonna do plyo and weight and stay off of running, but after an 1mi warm up that felt more or less fine by the end, I tried some lunges and they sucked, so after three plyometric lunges I went and asked Elise if I could go for another 50', we settled on 40', I ran for 22.5' in which time I ran 3mi, then Olive was restless and tired so we drove home and Elise said I could continue my run outside, I did in shorts and long sleeve, was cruising the first mile, then bumped into Rudy and Andrew, who were doing a long run, and that was super, but had to slow down because they were just starting their LR and then I really slowed down on the uphill. This was much longer than I had intended to go (thought 7mi total would be max and maybe perfect, but 6mi seemed realistic), so I'm glad I slowed it down.

And GENERALLY, so glad to do something aerobic and outside. Oddly, I think the low intensity may have helped the shin splints along considerably, even though I thought the long time would've had a negative impact. A mile and a half shorter and no breaks, and we're talking perfect run.
