All right, my calves were raging this morning from the long run in the Hattori yesterday so the shake-out was much needed. Also found the strides, which I'd done before at more like 30 seconds, were better faster and shorter when shaking out. The 30-second ones are good for pre-workout, the 10-20-second ones are good post workout. Feel better now. Off to go hiking with Nir.
