Done with the idea of doing a workout this evening and shaking off yesterday's long run. So great to do some strides again - I'm much stronger and more flexible than I was last time I tried anything on flat faster than easy pace. Can't wait to do some repetition training and really start to work on my form - felt sloppy today but so much faster than before even just over 30 seconds.
Forgot HR monitor for the morning run again. We'll go with 6 pts.
