Did Plyometric hops and skips and jumps for the first time in a while (not really necessary with all the hills I have here). So much fun and they feel very useful - love them.
Those 75 easy runs blew. Just felt like I was going for a not quite long run every day. Just gonna go out with these hours and cut the shake-outs for the last week before going into more intensity.
