Notes
Still sore from Sunday and far from a full range of motion from my quads, but thought I would test it out in the limited amount of time I had (7:30 Chekhov at the Arts & Culture Centre). Legs felt limited but more importantly I still seem to be fighting the dregs of last weeks flu. Got a bit dizzy on a 2min interval and cut it out there (even though heart rate stuff was low...which is promising given the speed?).

Sets of (2 min I pace, 1 min jog + 1 min I pace, 30 sec jog + 30 sec I pace, 30 sec jog).
Sum of I pace should be less than 8%. 5 sets?
