Hmm, pretty good pace for winter running. Sometimes I find it hard to work at 145 or 146 even in the winter - don't know why. Thin winter air or asthmatic wintery lungs maybe, maybe my resting hr is lower than it used to be, I dunno, pain-in-the-ass heavy winter shoes and resistant tights.
"No wind!" was nice. I have to keep telling myself that all this aerobic development is so important for me to get faster. I don't enjoy these like I enjoy the faster stuff.
