Well, things felt like they came together. I also like the idea—taken from Tommie Smith's training plan, an idea I really really like—of doing short time trials at submaximal effort a few days before a race to stay sharp and pinpoint fitness. I definitely had enough left in the tank to maintain that pace at a harder effort for 73 more meters and pace was sub 60" in flats (and tights). Also, I'm told I can buy 3mm pins at the meet on Saturday. I hope there's a way I can go.

2 x 320m (or let's say from 200m start to 100m end in lane 6... I think that's 345...so whatever)
