That didn't work. Went out too fast even for my ambitious standards, but I think the main problem is that I'm not strong enough to run my 1500 as fast as I do my full recovery 333m or 667m. Makes sense when you put it that way? I'm not gonna change my training, but I'm gonna change my goals to 4:40 from 4:30 if I do the one in two weeks.
