Good run! Felt easy though we were going faster than I'd normally run on an easy run, but I actually used the heart rate monitor to make sure my heart was pumping its usual 140 bpm (does seem high, but whatever - that's what I am... . Maybe related to my high cadence and an accustomed lack of good economy? Or maybe that's just the way it is - feels like 70%).

Average cadence for first "lap" was 186 in the hattori (finally figured out how to find that information on Garmin Connect). Average cadence on the first and third hill sprints was 180 but the middle one was 216!

Love the hill sprint. I stopped my watch the first rest [what's the difference between rest and recovery? doesn't seem significant], but let it go the second to keep track of how long it took to fully recover. Ran by Susan and Allison on the second one - maybe there was something psychological about the speed - but more likely it was because I pulled up on the first one and shouldn't have done the third one (at least by Brad Hudson's count). Well, love the hill sprints, think they're great.
