So I'm set up for a 2:20? I'm curious to know exactly how long the "310" is. 305-315, somewhere in there.

Felt tough, for sure. Very specific, supposed to be dead-on in terms of time. I felt no bounce in my legs. Frustrating because I feel like that's been the focus of my training since January. On the other hand, optimistic about change in the future.
