1. 250 free--no interval, just take 30 secs after each
2. 250 pull free
3. 100 IM/50 stroke (not free)/100 IM (remember ez, stretch out)
4. 5 x 50's kick--take 10 secs b/t each 50

I felt pretty good here. For the first time I felt like I could relax doing the butterfly. I had to adjust this a bit for the 20yd pool - it basically became 8x280 instead of 250.
