Endurance @ steady ride, RPE 3, Zones 2, low 3, cadence self-selected.
Pace should feel pretty easy--the goal is not to push your HR too high.
If you're riding inside, limit to three hours, can even consider doing 1.5 hours, taking a 30 minute break, and then 1.5 more hours.
Good long ride on the computrainer. I think I am getting somewhat bored of being inside for all these long rides, although the computrainer does keep me engaged and focused. A few times I caught myself really looking forward to getting to ride outside for the race :-)
