Ran at WPI on the 195m indoor track (yeah I know...) The first IM pace interval was too fast - having other people running on the track messed with my sense of pace, and I hadn't done the math right to figure out my proper lap times. The sharp corners on this track made me appreciate the 100m track at OHAC even more. Misc spots on my legs were feeling a little tender after this run, but the feeling didn't last long.
