coach wanted an easy grandma paced 3 miles. i think i nailed it haha. let my legs loose at the end of the second mile to see how they felt at race pace. i think i did a steady build from 9 min pace to 5:50 pace in 1 tenth of a mile then i shut it back down. legs feel loose and quick. i'm feeling light on my feet and ready for Ragnar this weekend.
