A winter storm passed through yesterday, ending late last night with about six inches of snow on the ground. So, I ran on an indoor track today. A one mile run was planned. I was hoping to stretch that to three, but didn't make it. Even with slowing my cadence and pace on the second mile, my HR would not stay down. It remained outside of my target range. So, I called it after the second mile.
