Notes

Nailed "peak workout" in 4-week 5k training plan, based on 18:59 goal finish time. Increased rest time by 15 sec. each rep begining with 1:15 and a last rest of 2:00. Last 2 reps were tough. Seemed to lose pace between 400 and 800m, but closed hard over last 200m to hit time goals.
