Notes
I did two runs today, but it was one right after the other. I did an easy 4.4 when I got out of work today, around 7:45 pace or so, and then I did another 4.2 with the rest of the staff when they finished up at 6:00. The difference two days of rest made is astounding. I felt nice and fresh, and 7:45 felt decently easy again. It was nice.
Looking back, last week was definitely too hard, what with the "brisk" 68 minute 10 mile and the absolute killer 18 mile workout. I should have known and backed off earlier in the week, but alas. Anyways, lesson learned.
