First run in a couple days. Sunday I was tired from my long run, and then yesterday I just chose not to run for no reason.

Not a bad run today, but not a great run either. It was a sweaty day and I ended up running surprisingly slow. However, my legs and everything felt pretty good, so I can't really complain. Toward the end the HR was hard to control. I need to work on hydration, as I think this is the issue here.
