Notes
This was kind of a tough one, but it's definitely my best run over 10 miles in a long time. I'm not sure what it was about it, but I felt great for all but the last 2 miles, and even that was mostly due to being hungry. In those last miles, my heart rate was really tough to control, making me have to slow down a lot. Somewhat surprisingly, my legs felt fine after this. A little sore but fine overall, compared with last week when I could barely walk afterward. Maybe it's the Zoom Elites?
