A run after work along the Hopkinton Loop.
Second run after my long sickness, and I've got some worries. There was no pain, but I'm very concerned about how much fitness I might have lost. This is a reasonably solid run, pretty good clip and not a bad distance, but I was not sure how much farther I would have wanted to go. The run felt all right, although I got a cramp that was probably due to the apple I ate as I was walking out the door. My legs are tired, but I am really hoping I can pull myself together and get my volume back to where it was.
