Same crappy conditions as yesterday, couldn't get good footing at all. The dirt portion of Plunkton Road was like running along the beach, and the pavement part of the run was just a pile of slush. Pretty miserable as far as the surface went. I felt good, though; nice and hydrated, and the run felt easy the whole way. However, my knee hurts again. It doesn't feel like Runner's Knee, more like I fell on it hard recently, even though I didn't. Mile paces and average HRs (that I know):

Mile 1: 11:17/138 (flat, mostly downhill)

Mile 2: 11:47/142 (rolling)

Mile 3.1: 10:50/140 (1.1 miles, all downhill until the last .2 mile uphill)

Mile 4.1: 14:09/144 (all uphill except for a small flat section)

Mile 5.1: 10:30/143 (50/50 flat and downhill)

Mile ~7: 11:56/143 (reverse of mile 2)

Mile ~8: 12:12/144 (reverse of mile 1)

Mile ~9.3: 12:21/143 (downhill to flat)

Mile ~10.3: 13:31/145 (reverse of 9.3, flat to long uphill)

Average pace was 12:13, average HR was 142. Times for the last two miles are approximate since I was eye-balling it.
