As I'm injured, I chose to bike today. I have to learn how to pace myself. I blasted the first 6 miles, then slowed up a lot over the last 5.4 miles. Also, the hills destroy me. My HR climbs way up when I go up the hills, even hitting 194 at one point. Overall though, it felt like a good workout, and the route was nice.
