Tough workout today, basically a repeat of last week. I did the 4x4 minutes workout, and made the same mistake as last week by running the repeats too hard. The paces don't really correspond with the effort levels as I was around 6:20 for all of them, which is WAY slower than 5k pace, but I was so tired that I couldn't really comprehend doing a 5th when I was finished. I need to stop looking at my watch during the repeats, or I'm going to continue to run these too hard. Again, I'm going to repeat this next week and try to make sure I can handle all 4 with relative comfort.
