Nice easy after work run. The canyon road didn't open until 9:00am so I got to sleep in a bit, plus the road was so crowded I didn't get to work until 11:00, making my day very short. Still, my legs were a little tired anyway.
If I decide to ski tomorrow, I'll probably not run, but if I end up not going to the mountain I plan on doing 6 or 7.
