A much easier run that last week's 13. I kept the pace nice and relaxed and just ran. No pain whatsoever, in any part of my body. This strange feeling I've been having in my right hamstring and up to my glute was present the whole time though. Not pain, it feels kind of like tightness or something. Maybe I ought to stretch and massage it.
