Tough workout. I think coming to the track after work is always going to result in the workout being pretty hard, since my legs are generally a bit tired anyway.
Emphasis today was on keeping my body good and relaxed through the intervals. Admittedly, it was harder to achieve that on the last two intervals. I definitely pushed harder on the 8th one than any of the other, and I was already tired from the previous 7 repeats. My goal pace was between 2:44-2:48, so I hit the marks pretty well overall.
