Notes

Very easy recovery run after last night's interval madness. I just did the normal Thursday morning easy route: started running the Silver Hill Loop, but stopped at the end of Lumber and ran back for a total of 5 miles. The legs feel pretty good, no real tightness or soreness, just a bit sluggish, which I consider normal after a workout like last night's.
