Notes
Took it nice and easy today, surprisingly I was not feeling great during the run. My legs felt a little worn out, so perhaps a rest day or very short run is in order tomorrow. I took a slightly different route today to avoid having to wait to cross the street and it added a small bit. Running around here apparently sucks; it's all main roads with heavy traffic. I can't wait to get back to VT and Western MA.
