I ran this at a very low level of effort, since yesterday I went fairly hard. I didn't feel any ill effects from yesterday, and actually was planning on doing 6 today but we didn't get home from work until after 6:00, and by the time I was ready to run it was almost 7:00. Since I had to make dinner and didn't want to be eating really late, I cut the run short.
