Today was a workout day, I did a 25 minute warm-up and cool-down with a 25 minute tempo session at 170-175 HR in the middle. Average pace for the first mile of the tempo was 8:05, while the average pace for the last mile of the tempo was 8:03. I'm happy to see that my pace didn't slow from start to finish at that intensity.
Everything feels good today, my left Achilles is a little achy now that I've stopped, but while running I don't even feel it. My legs feel 100% better than they did 2 weeks ago, both while running and after I've stopped.
