Notes
Really easy little run in the afternoon. It was very pleasant weather, 50s and sunny, so this run felt great despite being out after lunch. I planned to do 5, but Ellen had some troubles so we walked home from the 3.5 mark. I felt excellent: no fatigue, no aches or pains, I'm just doing very well lately.
