Pretty solid workout today. I've been lacking in speed, so I decided to bang out 10 x 1 minute on, 1 minute off at faster than 5k pace. It felt way harder than I expected, probably because I haven't done a workout like this in about a year. I'm happy I did it though, and I felt pretty good once it was done. After the half marathon, I'll probably start mixing it up a bit more, doing steady state stuff and periodically tossing in fast stuff as well. I would love to run a 5k at least under 19 by the fall.
