Ran after work, a little too hard. I'm aiming for 8:00 pace and ending up with 7:30s. I'll dial it back a bit next time.
This is another attempt at starting back up, I really need to get at least 3 days a week in, because when work at Snowbird ends and I move back east, I want to be able to segue into real training starting May/June. Perhaps I'll look at a fall half-marathon to set my sights on?
