Notes
Today it was 93 when I went out, so I decided to leave the HRM and just try to go by effort. This run was pretty miserable overall though, I had to stop at miles 3, 4, and 5 on the way back. My mouth was terribly dry and I just felt totally sapped. Now as I sit here, I've developed a headache which I believe is associated with the heat.
Also, I probably won't be able to run the next few days, since I'll be traveling and away from home.
