This run was probably a tad too hard for what it was supposed to be, though I feel good now that it's done. I planned to do a nice, easy 8-9 miler with some strides in the middle, but I ended up pushing the pace a bit for the last 3-4 miles. The strides felt good, though I definitely could feel that it's been a while a couple of months since I've done anything like this. It'll be good to get a few of these workouts in before diving into marathon training in March.
