Notes

Saturday morning run before the long run tomorrow. I did a long-ish run for a weekday yesterday, combined with some strides, so this was just a nice way to get some easy miles in before doing a comparatively harder run tomorrow. I felt great, and I was kind of surprised that the strides from yesterday didn't leave me with any soreness.
