Notes
This was a great run. The weather was fantastic for a run and I felt great. I maybe ran a tad harder than I needed to, but I felt so good that I didn't want to slow down much. I did have a slight calf scare, in the sense that I had a bit of a sensation there and had to stop and massage to be sure. It could possibly have been my imagination, but I need to be cautious. I'll see how it feels tomorrow and take it from there.
