Steady state run day, and it wasn't bad at all. I did 2 x 15 minutes at 170 - 183 heart rate, which wound up being about 7:10 pace or so. My HR did creep pretty high in the last 5 minutes of the second one, but I think that's ok. I felt great; no pains, and the pace wasn't overly demanding. I think I'm finally ready to start getting into shape!
