Hardest workout I've done since high school. Put the treadmill to 10 incline and 10 speed and just let it rip. Dan did around 4:00 so I was clearly outclassed, but then again he is trained as an 800m runner. I want to give this another go after a couple months of 5k training.
I wish I'd run before work, because after this test, running was the last thing on my mind.
