This was pretty awful. I started out feeling great, my legs felt fresh and I was ready for 14 mile progression I had planned. At mile one, however, I started to get a weird light-headed feeling, and at mile two it was so bad that I had to stop. I felt like I was going to fall. As I sat on a big rock by the side of the road I realized I was absolutely ravenous, and I thought back on what I'd eaten this weekend. Three PBJ sandwiches and some mixed nuts and fruit over the past two days. Ridiculous.

I decided to cut the run short at 10 miles and then get something substantial inside me. At mile 3 I decided that was also a pretty dumb plan, since I was almost shaking. I settled for 6 miles total for the day, and then got a pile of food to rid myself of this. I have to remember to keep myself fed if I want to run.
