Very good run today. The pace is deceptive as usual, since I finished up that long hill at the south end of Plunkton. My pace on route 100 was in the 8:30 range at 150 HR, but the last 1.8 miles were around 10:45 min/mile just because of that hill and trying to keep my HR under 150. That's an almost unattainable goal at the moment, and the best I can do is keep it under 160 on the steep hills. However, on the flats it was very easy to keep the heart under control, and at a much faster pace than normal.
