Just biking to work. It makes my quads tired while doing it, but what ends up being sore are my shoulders. Not sure if it's just because I'm holding my weight on them, or also due to the bouncing. The seat was still too low, I couldn't find the Allen wrench to fix it. I feel like I'm pedaling twice as hard since I can't straighten out my legs.
