Short day at work means more time for a run later on. Decided on this 11.5 mile loop for a decently easy afternoon run. There were parts in here where I pushed a bit, mostly up the hills, but overall I was pretty relaxed. Pushed the last mile a little faster than the rest of it, no real reason, I just felt like it. My right leg was giving me a little trouble, I was having some tightness in the hamstring area and behind the knee. Nothing a bit of stretching won't clear up, I think.
