An after work run with the Saturday people. The first 4.4 was a fairly easy jog, though the pace was pretty up and down. For the last half mile of the Glen Road loop, we basically sprinted it in to the store. Definitely faster than 5k pace, it felt more like mile pace to me. After that I went for a pretty easy Wellesley Aveneue loop by myself. All in all a good run, though I'm still pissed that I've slept through the 7:30 alarm the past two days, despite having convinced myself I would run before work.
