After a pretty busy day at work, I went for a decent run. Only about four and a half though, but I'm not disappointed since I was on my feet all day long. These after work runs are always harder than they would be if I had run without being up all day.
I'm having the same issue as I used to deal with: my body is breaking down before my aerobic capacity. My legs are just feeling beat up even though my lungs are doing great. I think the prescription is to just slow it down and take it easy. Maybe I'll try a week of nothing faster than 8:00 pace and see how that feels.
